Well Worn | Little Joy Jewellery

To celebrate the launch of WELL CURATED we have collaborated with Little Joy Jewellery on a collection of hand-crafted crystal designs.

For thousands of years, people have used crystals to attract certain energies and as healing tools to direct and amplify intentions. As our lives become increasing intertwined with the digital world there is a growing desire to reconnect with the natural world. By working organic crystals into a contemporary jewellery collection, our designs allow the wearer to enjoy their beauty whilst carrying the energy of the stone with them throughout the day.

Together with Little Joy Jewellery we have developed the WELL CURATED collection based on three principles;

Minimal

Passionate about artisanal techniques and sustainability, each piece in the collection celebrates the beauty of the natural materials with minimalist designs. Combining a stripped-back aesthetic with age-old methods of jewellery making the collection is both simple and intricate.

Mindful

Founded upon the principles of mindfulness and the art of slow-living, Little Joy Jewellery is committed to responsibly sourcing every element in the collection, from Fair trade precious metals and certified organic crystals, to recycled packaging.

Artisanal

Each hand-crafted piece is a work of art and heart. There is intention and meaning behind each design, whether it is a watermelon tourmaline pendant, a green fluorite threader or a custom piece that’s reimagined from inherited crystals. Our ultimate aim is to spread everyday joy with handmade fine jewellery that’s mindfully made.

Our first design explores the healing power of pink tourmaline.

Together we hand selected a range of beautiful tourmalines, consciously sourced and fair mined in Brazil. They have been hand cut in the UK & America before reaching the Little Joy studio on the Isle of Wight. Each fine fragment displays a unique range of soothing pastel colours. Pink tourmaline calms & heals the heart, especially when dealing with anxiety. As well as being an aphrodisiac, pink tourmaline encourage feelings of safety in love, which in turn instills confidence.

When worn, the carefully thought designs place the tourmaline in significant areas of the body to release tensions and remove any emotional blockages. The Paraiba Pink Tourmaline slices are nicknamed the "Rainbow Gem" in Brazil, which we felt in keeping with the current Covid-19 crisis as the rainbow has been a significant emblem of hope, spreading compassion to those suffering, and thanks to the key workers and NHS.
