Ritual for relaxation…
I’m a strong believer in disconnecting from technology every now and then, it gives you the freedom to enjoy the moment rather than constantly planning ahead. We have all become so reliant on our phones and if you take them out the equation it’s amazing how much it opens your mind to other things.

What’s in your wash bag…
I have always used Aesop skincare & fragrance, as a model you realise the importance of following a skincare routine. I cleanse with their Purifying Facial Cream Cleanser and moisturise with the Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Facial Hydrating Cream. I also wear the Protective Facial Lotion SPF25 every day regardless of the season, it has to be the best anti-ageing antidote. For hair I use Larry King, he was my first proper hairdresser in London and his products are packaged in recycled cartons. The Velvet Texture Clay has a non-greasy, matt finish texture and gives short hair hold without creating a heavy build up of product.
Ultimate escape…
Hard to choose but Cuixmala in Mexico is an unforgettable paradise, its remote location with beautiful beaches and safari right on the doorstep make it hard to beat. For a city break, El Fenn in Marrakesh is a tranquil haven within the walls of the Medina… one minute you can be enveloped in the chaos and colours of the market and the next you're reclining by a rooftop pool.
How you stay in shape…
I am lucky enough to have a Peloton at home, I combine this cardio workout with strength training. I have always been active, from playing football to tennis in the summer, so fortunately I don’t find it a chore. I tend to train in the evening, I usually have an early start with work so I make the most of every second in bed, sleep is so important for my wellbeing.
Food the makes you feel good…
I have always been a foodie and I’m a big fan of Italian cuisine, you can’t beat freshly made pasta, or a creamy burrata. I’m a believer in everything in moderation, overall, I’m very healthy so I never deprive myself of a delicious meal. Healthy mind, healthy body as they say.
Sustainable brands you buy…
Working in the fashion industry has definitely made me more aware of over consumption and I always aim to buy quality over quantity. I tend to stick to timeless classics rather than follow seasonal trends, tailored trousers and cashmere jumpers that will last. SMR Days, Acne, Sunspel, Jacquemus and Rejina Pyo are my go-to’s
