Which trainers do you wear…

I run with Asics Gel-Kayano. I would recommend for everyone to do a free gait analysis at the Asics store in Oxford Circus to find a perfect shoe with the right support.

Early morning or after work… 

I love running in the evening. I run by the Thames and I never get tired of the City of London and South Bank. The loop from Bermondsey all the way to Big Ben and back never gets boring..

Do you use a running app…

I am obsessed with the Nike Run Club and Strava, you will find me there if you type my whole name. I love joining challenges and I find myself very competitive.

Long runs - love them or hate them…

I love long runs! I normally run 10km route, but recently I started running up to 17km and weirdly I find it easy and my body doesn't hurt anymore. Running is addictive!

Start with small goals, run with any app to track your progress and invest in good shoes. And have fun!
