Well Being

The Salt Equilibrium spa contains a salt therapy room, and a choice of simple massages and scrubs, all featuring salt as the central ingredient. Treatment times are customised to focus on the individuals physical and emotional wellbeing. SALT believe no two people are the same so why should two spa experiences be the same. SALT Active allows guests to tailor make their own programmes of movement classes via the hotels app. Options include sunrise yoga and surya, boxing on the beach and SUP yoga in the 25-metre pool.

Well Sustained

Every element of SALT has sustainability and support of the local communities at its core. From the woven beach bags that guests are free to use to the SALT Farm that supplies the hotels restaurant with fresh, organic produce. As part of their campaign to reduce waste, there is no breakfast buffet and all left-overs are used as compost for the farm. You won’t see any single-use plastic at SALT, with bathroom amenities wrapped in biodegradable cornstarch. Rooms come complete with refillable water bottles, bathrobes made from unbleached cotton and coffee bean waste, rubber-soled cinnamon-sedge slippers and a recycled rubber yoga mat.
